FAQ
FAQ
How long should I stay off my driveway after it's sealed?
We recommend staying off a freshly sealed driveway for at least 48 hours, and longer if possible. This gives the sealant time to properly cure, which helps it bond correctly and last as long as it should.
What's the difference between sealcoating and asphalt maintenance?
Sealcoating is a protective layer applied to your asphalt to guard against water, UV damage, oil stains, and everyday wear. Asphalt maintenance is the bigger picture — it includes sealcoating along with crack repair, regular inspections, and other upkeep that keeps your pavement in good shape and helps you avoid costly repairs down the line.
How often should I have my driveway or parking lot seal coated?
Most driveways and parking lots benefit from seal coating every 2 to 3 years, depending on traffic, weather exposure, and the age of the asphalt. Regular seal coating helps protect your investment and keeps your pavement looking sharp.
Do you offer line striping along with sealing services?
Yes. We provide both pavement sealing and professional line striping, so your lot is fully protected and clearly marked in one process. This includes parking stalls, fire lanes, directional arrows, and ADA-compliant handicap markings.
What areas do you serve?
We proudly serve Lebanon, PA and Hershey, PA, along with the surrounding Central Pennsylvania communities.
